Portrait painting of an early 20th century costumed woman with a feathered head piece, black and white ruffled dress, green neck tie, and light blue gloves. Gilt wood frame with foliate scroll accents to the corners. Signed 'Huldah' (lower right). 
Weight: Approx. 5lbs. Cherry Jeffe Huldah was born in Dallas, Texas in 1901, and studied art at the Art Student's League and Grand Central School in New York City. The style of her art was heavily influenced by Impressionist painter, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, and her main subject was turn of the century women and adolescent girls. Her work has been purchased by the Duke and Duchess of Windsor and has been showcased throughout museums around the world.

Condition: Very Good Condition. Three signs one inch faint craquelure lines to the the sides of the painting. Deeper craquelure lines to the crevices of the foliate details on the gilt wood frame.
