Our in house shipping team carefully packs and ships around 100 packages per week with roughly a quarter of them packages being shipped overseas. Currently less than 1 in 450 packages we ship result in damage or a claim. In the unlikely event your item is damaged, 3rd party insurance (by Shipsurance/Asurant) is included as part of the shipping charges. We have not had a claim declined by our 3rd party insurance; regardless, we will make things right for your purchase one way or another.
Returns
Gallery XV offers a 30 day return policy. Even if you have simply changed your mind on an item you purchased, returns are accepted with the exception of brand new items in their original packaging that have been opened or if an item is no longer in the same condition as it was received. We do ask that you cover the return shipping; however, if we made a mistake, such as missing a condition issue or not accurately describing an item, we will likely cover the shipping costs. Nearly 40% of our sales are from returning buyers and we aim to earn your business for life.

Gallery XV is closed to the general public however appointments are available for in person viewing or browsing. Please contact us to make an in person appointment. We are located in the city of Wilmington, CA off of Avalon Blvd.

Taxes
No tax will be charged for purchases to any state outside of California. California sales tax of 9.5% applies for all in-state shipments. We are not responsible for customs/duties or other fees charged for any international shipments.
