A gold mounted porcelain St. James scent bottle, realistically modeled as a swan, attributed to Charles Gouyn, Chelsea. The head forming the stopper, the body naturalistically painted with black highlights. Hand chased gold mounts acting as a collar around the neck. The underside decorated with enameled garland of flowers. Gold tests for at least 18k gold.
