Sevres France hand painted porcelain bronze mounted large covered urn, 4th quarter 19th century. Hand painted image to one side featuring 3 figures, one playing music while the others listen. Artist signed "R. Petit" to the lower edge. Reverse of urn depicts a landscape scene with a lake. Top and base of the urn decorated with peacock feathers with raised gilt accents. Gilt bronze mounted twin handles and base. Sevres marks to the underside of the lid and to the underside of the base.
