Pair of Sevres Pate-Sur-Pate Porcelain Vases by Albert Dammouse. Pair of Polychrome Pate D'application bronze mounted porcelain Sevres vases. The bodies decorated in in various colorful slip depicting flowers and fruiting vines on a cream field, the ends modeled as roaring lion heads, each with original mounts to the rim extending to the inside and to the bases, with the head of satyrs amongst a field of foliage. Circa 1900.Each signed AD Sevres, the monogram of noted Sevres decorator and pate sur pate artist Albert Dammouse (1848-1926). Albert Dammouse was trained at Manufacture de Sevres, however works such as these were produced in his private workshop at Sevres.

Measurements: 7 inches x 6 inches x 13.5 inches tall.
Condition: Great overall condition with no damage or restoration, a couple minor imperfections from assembly or production. The mounts with oxidation consistent with age.
