Pair Meissen German Marcoloni period hand painted ornithological decoration porcelain footed trays or cake plates, circa 1800. Scalloped rimmed trays with hand painted birds on a branch to the center with insects, blue ribbons, and floral garlands to the edges. Gilt to the rims and feet. Meissen Marcolini marks to the underside of each.

Condition: Excellent condition, light gilt wear, some surface scratches. Each with a firing flaw to one foot as made. Top with some inherent glaze imperfections from production. Please refer to photos.
