Imperial Manufacture de Sevres Porcelain Cup & Saucer Tasse forme Litron Large, 1803-04. A lilac purple ground imitating marble decorated with gilt Greek key designs, depicts the Roman god of agriculture, Saturn. Medallion portraits to the sides, cameo portrait decoration to saucer. Underside marked in iron red "de Sevres" with various incised marks. With de-accession number from the Minneapolis Institute of Art to the underside.
