An incredibly fine Sevres France hand painted porcelain cup and socketed saucer- Goblet et Sou Coupe Enfonce, 1759. Beautiful hand painted portrait of a woman in red garbs. Gilt encrusted foliate scrolls and leaves throughout the cup and saucer, the cup with braided porcelain handle. . Sevres mark to the underside dated to 1769 and an incised "3-1" or "3-7"

Condition: Great age related condition. The saucer has minor firing anomalies and surface scratches. The cup has multiple firing anomalies or possibly a couple small gilt over chips to the lower edge.
