Italian 18k solid yellow gold light by Bulgari. 4 panels each set with polished blue and brown labrarodite. Circa 1970, accompanied by likely original felt carrying pouch with gold stamped leather Bvlgari Roma branding. Lighter signed Bvlgari to underside, marked and tested for 18k, marked Italy.

Condition: Great overall condition with no apparent damage. Light surface wear to gold. Lighter likely requires gas, currently not creating a flame, push mechanism appears to be functioning when pressed down.
