11 English air twist wine glasses 19th Century. Enameled WWI allied flags to the center of the bowl including England, Belgium, Russia, Imperial Japan, France, Italy, Romania, and the United States. Each inscribed "1917" while the American flags also inscribed "April 4th 1917". From the 19th Century, and the engravings and enamel decoration are likely from the first quarter 20th Century.
