Royal Vienna Austria hand painted porcelain portrait plate in frame, circa 1920. A cobalt blue ground to the edge with raised gilt foliate decoration. A hand painted portrait to the center of Queen Louise of Prussia. Artist signed to the lower edge. Underside with Royal Vienna Beehive mark, also with title "Konigin Louise." In an ornate gilt wood Florentine period frame, the frame has likely been repainted.
