An extortionary pair of early Worcester porcelain vases from the first Dr. Wall period. These very large vases depict fine quality hand painted exotic birds in multiple panels and a dark blue ground with a black scale design. The rims with gilt bronze mount likely originally had lids.

Condition: Excellent condition with no cracks or restoration. One vase with a couple minor chips to the underside as well as a couple notable scratches. Both with minor surface wear or superficial scratches consistent with use and age. Minor gilt loss consistent with handling.
