Meissen Germany porcelain hand painted porcelain cup & saucer, 19th Century. Charming hand painted onions to to the central area of the saucer and to the exterior of the cup. Gilt scallop designs to the interior of the cup and edge of the saucer. Meissen mark to the underside.
