19th century KPM Berlin hand painted porcelain plaque, framed. Plaque depicts a Queen Louise of Prussia (1776-1810) after Gustav Richter (German, 1823-1884). Artist signed R Dittrich to the lower edge. Mounted in original gilt wood frame.
